Joey Galanti, Founder and Managing Principal

Joey Galanti is the Founder and Managing Principal of Galanti Realty Partners. Over the course of his career, Joey has held a variety of roles in Property Management, Research, Marketing, Underwriting, and Brokerage. His breadth of experience spans a diverse range of property types, including Multifamily, Single Family Rentals, Office, Retail, Industrial, and Specialty assets. 

With a proven track record of success across the Southeast, Joey has been instrumental in facilitating over $50 million of sale and lease transaction volume throughout his career. His expertise has been honed through membership in several key industry organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. 

Joey's experience working at both small and large commercial real estate firms has provided him with a unique perspective and a strong understanding of different management and investment styles. He specializes in Off-Market Acquisitions/Dispositions and is dedicated to offering a wide range of transaction and advisory services to meet the needs of local business owners, high net worth individuals, and institutional investors.
